Kyle Busch collects record 52nd Truck Series win with Atlanta victory
Kyle Busch cruised to victory in Saturday’s Ultimate Tailgating 200 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, notching a record-setting career 52nd Gander Outdoors Truck Series win.
With the win, Busch becomes the winningest driver in Truck Series history.
Busch, who also won both Stage 1 and 2 in the No. 51 Toyota on Saturday, gathered his fifth win in the series at Atlanta while logging his 195th career win across all three national series.

Johnny Sauter finished second in the No. 13 Ford. Grant Enfinger, Brett Moffitt and Ben Rhodes rounded out the top five.
Busch worked his way through the field after starting seventh when the lineup was set according to the NASCAR rule book because qualifying was rained out earlier in the day. By Lap 6, Busch zipped his way from sixth to first in two turns, displaying the speed of his truck and skill of his driving.
Twice, Busch lost the lead — once soon after Stage 2 began when he had to pit for a loose wheel, and again at the start of the final stage when Johnny Sauter surged to the lead for five laps — but was able to reclaim the top spot on the strength of his speedy and steady long runs.
Busch led 92 of 130 laps in a race that featured five different leaders. The red flag came out twice: on Lap 117 for 8 minutes, 51 seconds for cleanup of a five-truck wreck and on Lap 121 for nearly 17 minutes because of rain.
