Stage lengths for 2019 NASCAR season

NASCAR announced Thursday the 2019 stage lengths for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, with no initial changes from 2018.

The stage lengths for the NASCAR Xfinity Series and Gander Outdoors Truck Series are expected to be released next week.
