The Latest: Early accident aids Harvick during penalty

BRISTOL, Tenn. (AP) — The Latest on the Cup race at Bristol Motor Speedway (all times local):

Joey Logano has won the second stage of Sunday’s Cup race at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Logano beat Ryan Blaney for the stage win, and the two Team Penske drivers have combined to lead 167 of the first 250 laps. Teammate Brad Keselowski led 15 laps.

Logano and Keselowski have scored three wins so far this season while Blaney is still seeking his first trip to victory lane. Blaney reclaimed the lead by beating his teammates off pit road following the stops at the end of the second stage.
